Bridge Progress at Mariavilla, Maynooth

Great to see the bridge beams going in at the Mariavilla development in Maynooth. This 40m long road bridge across the River Lyreen is part of the new link road serving Mariavilla which will link Moyglare Road and Dunboyne Road. DBFL were appointed to provide engineering services for this large-scale Strategic Housing Development of 462 residential dwellings, 483 student accommodation spaces and a commercial centre plus associated street network, footpaths and services. DBFL are working as Employer’s Representative for the bridge delivery which is a D&B project being delivered by Clonmel Enterprises Ltd.

Other services provided by DBFL on this project include masterplan development and design of strategic services and connections, design of infrastructure services and roads, structural engineering, traffic and transportation analysis, flood risk assessment, road improvements and culvert design.
