Dragons at the Docks

DBFL are again taking on the Dragons at the Docks Challenge this year – albeit a little bit differently this time around. As a team we will have to travel 10,000km virtually from Dublin to Hong Kong! The event starts July 1st and runs for 8 weeks until 26th August.

Our staff will be raising much needed funds for the Dublin Simon Community and many more local charities in the Grand Canal Dock area. To date, Dragons at the Docks has raised over €893,000 and we are delighted to have played a part in this over the past 5 years for such a worthy cause.

Traditionally teams compete at Grand Canal Dock in a rowing competition, however this year we are taking part as virtual teams to take on the mammoth distance. We will be tracking our athletes with the Strava app. Each team member will have to walk, run, row, roll, cycle……or crawl….. to win.
