Greystones Marina Residential Development

Work is continuing apace at Greystones Marina where DBFL are providing full civil and structural engineering services on this high-profile residential development overlooking Greystones Harbour. 153 houses and 205 apartments are now well under construction.

Many of the houses are already occupied with the first phase of apartments fast approaching completion. The apartments directly overlook the Greystones Marina with superb views of the coastline and Irish Sea. The apartments comprise of four-storeys of accommodation including roof-top penthouse living constructed over a landscaped podium at ground level. Basement parking is provided below this common podium level.

The apartments are constructed from reinforced concrete with precast hollowcore floor plates. As part of this project, DBFL have also been involved in the design of a publicly accessible Marina boardwalk.
