BackNational Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2023
DBFL is absolutely thrilled to be nominated in not one, but two categories for the upcoming National Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2023 – the first dedicated event to celebrate D&I progress in Ireland.
DBFL’s Diversity and Inclusion team, which includes staff at all levels, from each department and from each DBFL office, has been nominated in the ‘Outstanding Employee Resource Group’ category sponsored by #laya healthcare. Since its inception our D&I team has worked tirelessly to raise awareness of D&I through policy development, training programmes, ongoing events and engagement with external EDI Groups, and we are delighted to see them get this recognition.
We are very proud of our other nominee, Danny Pio Murphy, who has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Employee of the Year Award’ sponsored by #Musgrave. Danny has been a tremendous advocate for D&I both within DBFL and as a founding committee member of Engineers Ireland’s Inclusion and Diversity Society.
We are delighted to get this recognition of our D&I journey to date and would like to thank the #Irish Centre for Diversity for all their support to date. We are very much looking forward to the inaugural celebration of Ireland’s D&I excellence at the awards gala ceremony in Croke Park in February 2023.
