Leeson Lane Office Development

The Office of Public Works have just appointed DBFL to provide Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy Services on the Leeson Lane Office Building close to St Stephens Green in Dublin city centre. This prestigious office building, which will extend over 7,075sqm, will be constructed to the rear of the historic Spruce House and be connected at the ground and first-floor levels.

The construction of the new office block will require careful consideration and protection of the existing building. Site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.

DBFL’s conservation team will be working closely with the OPW to restore and refurbish Spruce House, 1920’s structure, and Leeson Place, which is considered to be a historic laneway.
