Termini at Sandyford Industrial Estate

It has been a busy year on the site of the Termini Commercial Development in Sandyford. The impressive Grade A offices in this prime location are rapidly taking shape, with the floor to ceiling perimeter glazing already installed at the lower levels.

Once completed Termini will provide in excess of 20,000 sqm of office space over 6 storeys, with car parking provided at basement level.

The cast in situ concrete framed structure with post tensioned slabs is complete, with impressive double height circular columns creating a colonnade effect across the front elevation.

The development incorporates SUDs in the form of permeable paving and a green roof. All materials selected for the construction of the building were chosen with consideration of sustainability.

DBFL has provided civil and structural engineering services for the project, working with Walls Construction in delivering the project for Aldgate Developments. Termini is located in a prime location, directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop.
