It is great to see one of our recently completed projects make the front page of The Irish Times property section. ‘The Collection’ comprises seven luxury residential homes on Shrewsbury Road which was previously the former home of Sir Alfred Chester Beatty’s Library. The development has a combined gross floor area of 32,000 sq.ft and is three storeys high over a basement level. DBFL worked closely with deBlacam & Meagher Architects to maximise the living space and land usage on the site. DBFL provided civil and structural engineering services on this project from conception through to completion.
