Phase 1 of Marshall Yards Development Now Complete

We’re proud to see Phase 1 of the Marshall Yards Development on East Road reach Practical Completion, with 211 of the 554 new homes now finished.
Delivered by Eagle Street Partners and constructed by Bennett (Construction) Ltd, this first phase also includes a Management Suite, Tenant Amenity Space, Gym, Men’s Shed, 164 undercroft parking spaces, and podium-level landscaping.
