DBFL Health Screening Initiative

At DBFL, as part of our ongoing employee wellness programme, we recently launched our first-ever Health Screening initiative, available to all staff. Over the past two months, 73% availed of this important screening programme, delivered by Advanced Medical Services.
We were delighted to see such a great response to this initiative, well above the industry average for similar schemes.
Each health screening, undertaken within DBFL’s offices, incorporated a range of lifestyle and medical history questions, several physical measurements and tests, in addition to a selection of laboratory tests coordinated by the friendly health staff from AMS. Following their screening appointment, each employee then received a confidential report providing valuable insights into their general health and outlining any recommended further actions.

We are committed to continuing to provide programmes that will help look after our staff’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, helping everyone enjoy a healthy, balanced work environment.
