International Women’s Day 2026

The theme of this years International Women’s Day is “Give to Gain.”

It’s a reminder that when we invest in others—sharing knowledge, creating opportunities, supporting colleagues and championing diverse voices—we strengthen not only individuals, but our entire industry.

Members of the DBFL team had the opportunity to attend the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) International Women’s Day Event.

It was an inspiring event, filled with honest conversations, practical insights, and powerful reminders of the importance of inclusion and collaboration across the construction sector.
