DBFL were delighted to support Kilkenny County Council, KPMG Future Analytics CAAS Ltd and Scott Tallon Walker Architects in the preparation of the Ferrybank Bellview Local Transport Plan (LTP). The LTP was produced in line with national, regional and local policy frameworks under guidance set out by Transport Infrastructure Ireland and the National Transport Authority. The LTP will underpin the spatial strategy set out by the Local Area Plan and includes objectives to maximise investment in the South East Greenway, Sustainable Transport Bridge and BusConnects Waterford, provide more sustainable access to the growing employment area at Bellview Port and sets the conditions for a new urban village at Bellmont Road at the beating heart of Ferrybank.
