Termini is a Grade A office development in a prime location, directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop. Built over a single basement level car park, Termini provides office space of approximately 20,264sqm over 6 storeys. DBFL is providing civil and structural engineering services for the project.

The superstructure is cast in situ concrete, with reinforced concrete columns, walls and lift shafts and flat slab floor plates. The centralized circulation and services core in the floor plates thus facilitating floor to ceiling glazing around the full perimeter of the building. This maximizes natural light into the building and views out.
The development incorporates SUDs in the form of permeable paving and a green roof, and all materials selected for the construction of the building were chosen with consideration of sustainability.
