Graduate Programme Launch 2026

Our 2026 graduate cohort have officially begun their careers with DBFL. Over the coming months, they will work alongside experienced engineers across our civil, structural and transportation teams, building their technical knowledge and gaining practical project experience from the outset. Directors John Hayes and Bill Bates marked the official launch of the programme this week, welcoming our new graduates and giving them a flavour of the opportunities ahead.

If you’re graduating in 2027 and starting to think about where your engineering career could take you, DBFL could be the place to begin. Our graduate programme offers the opportunity to build practical experience, develop your technical and professional skills and learn alongside experienced engineers.
