DBFL provided civil, structural and transportation engineering services on the project from feasibility stage through various planning submissions, detailed design, tender, construction, and handover of the various phases.
The development is situated on the lands of the former Knockrabo estate in Goatstown with access from Mount Anville Road directly opposite Mount Anville School.
Split into various phases, the current phase consists of three-storey timber framed houses and 4 blocks of apartments over 2 single story basements.
Phase 2 will combine houses and apartments along with the alterations and restoration of existing dwellings, most notably Cedarmount House (formally Mountainville House) which is to be converted into a mixed use development including a creche and community facility. The other existing dwellings, to be converted into a residential units, are the Gate Lodge west and the Coachhouse.
