Termini development on the Arkle Road

DBFL are delighted to see another one of our high-profile commercial projects starting on site. Termini is a Grade A office development in a prime location, directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop. Built over a single basement level car park, Termini will provide office space of approximately 20,264sqm over 6 storeys. DBFL is providing civil and structural engineering services for the  project.


The superstructure will be cast in situ concrete, with reinforced concrete columns, walls and lift shafts and flat slab floor plates. The centralized circulation and services core in the floor plates, facilitates floor to ceiling glazing around the full perimeter of the building . This maximizes natural light into the building and views out.


The development incorporates SUDs in the form of permeable paving and a green roof, and all materials selected for the construction of the building have been chosen with consideration to sustainability.


Enabling works are now complete and the excavations for the basement are about to commence.
