Ballyogan Square Opens

Together with our Design and Build partners John Sisk & Son Ltd, and the wider design team, DBFL were delighted to be involved in the successful delivery of this 67-unit development for Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Constructed using rapid build MMC methods and off-site construction techniques, these units are NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings) compliant and boast a high energy performance with A1 BER ratings.

A collaborative process was used from the planning through to the design phase, with input from the entire design team allowing the contractor to model and plan each house type. 3D modelling and coordination allowed a streamlined mechanical ventilation system – ensuring no clashes with steel elements on the structure.
