Graduate Development Programme

Our Graduate Development Programme is specifically designed to support your growth from graduate level to Chartership over a period of four years. At DBFL, we understand that the journey to becoming a Chartered Engineer is a significant milestone in your professional development. As an Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited organization, we are committed to providing you with the resources and support needed to achieve Chartership.

Aoife – A Transportation Intern’s Experience

Listen to some insights from Aoife Gaughan, who took part in DBFL’s Early Career Programme this year. An engineering student at Trinity College Dublin, Aoife gained valuable experience both in design and on site during her internship at DBFL.

Hannah – Her Structural Internship
