Clay Farm East Village

Construction is approaching completion at Clay Farm East Village and we at DBFL are delighted to see the development looking so well.

Set in amongst the overall Clay Farm development, East Village consists of 9 apartment blocks over 3 single storey basements and accommodates 295 apartments, as well as a 325sq.m amenity space and considerable open landscapes and courtyards, which further enhances the thriving sense of community and functionality in the development and local surroundings.

It was a pleasure fulfilling the role of Civil, Structural and Transportation Engineers on this exciting part of the development with Park Developments, Walls Construction, O’Mahony Pike Architects and all the Design Team. We are looking forward to adding the final touches over the coming weeks and well done to all involved in bringing this development through from concept to completion.
