DBFL supports Engineers Ireland’s first-ever in-person LGBTQ+ Pride event

DBFL is proud to be supporting Engineers Ireland’s first-ever in-person LGBTQ+ Pride event, hosted by the Inclusion and Diversity Society. This landmark occasion is a celebration of visibility, inclusion, and the contributions of LGBTQ+ professionals in the engineering community.

LGBTQ+ engineers and their allies are all very welcome to attend and join us in encouraging a more inclusive and supportive industry.

We are especially proud that the evening will begin with an opening address by Danny Pio Murphy, Chair of Engineers Ireland’s Inclusion & Diversity Society and Associate Director at DBFL Consulting Engineers.

The event will feature an engaging conversation with Dr. Vanessa Lacey, a leading voice for workplace inclusion in Ireland. Dr. Lacey will share insights from her work developing an LGBTQ+ hiring toolkit and practical strategies for inclusive recruitment and workplace practices.
