DBFL’s Path to Investors in Diversity Gold

We took some time recently to chat with our EDI team to capture their insights on DBFL’s ‘Path to Gold’. Achieving Investors in Diversity Gold standard has been an amazing journey, not just for our EDI team, but for every single one of our employees. Since achieving the Bronze award back in 2020, followed by Silver in 2021 and 2023 DBFL’s commitment to EDI has grown from strength to strength. Hopefully hearing about our experience will encourage others in our industry to follow the same path.

Looking forward to building on what we have achieved to date and re-doubling our efforts to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
