Engineers Ireland Young Engineers Award 2021

As part of Engineers Ireland Young Engineers Award 2021, DBFL engineers recently visited six schools across Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Kildare. Students had the opportunity to showcase their projects and listen and learn from presentations delivered by our engineers, both in person and online.

Engineers Ireland Young Engineers Award 2021

The Engineers Ireland STEPS Young Engineers Award competition encourages 3rd and 4th class pupils and their teachers to explore the world of engineering by developing an engineering project that would help improve their local community.

120 students took part across the six schools that DBFL Volunteer Engineers visited, and it was great to see the enthusiasm of the engineers of tomorrow.

A special thanks to the schools
