Engineers Week School Visits 2026

We enjoyed an amazing Engineers Week at DBFL, visiting 7 primary and 3 secondary schools across Dublin, Waterford, Cork, and Galway!

Our team of almost 40 civil, structural, and transportation engineers and planners had the privilege of meeting 765 future engineers across 31 classrooms over the week. The students got a real hands-on experience, with fun challenges like the Tallest Tower and Bridge Challenge, discovering how engineering shapes our everyday lives.

A huge thanks to the teachers, principals, volunteers, and Engineers Ireland for their support! We’re proud to help inspire the next generation during Engineers week 2026.
