DBFL are proud to have achieved an Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, building on our work to become a diverse and inclusive place for all. We have reached out to our employees to give everyone a voice and we are delighted to receive this recognition from the Irish Centre for Diversity for our efforts so far.

While showcasing DBFL’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, the Investors in Diversity Silver award helps us to understand what we are doing well, and where we need to improve.

Since commencing this journey, DBFL has undertaken a number of initiatives including a staff survey covering all areas of  Diversity and Inclusion which has helped us assess how we are performing in each area. Our management team have also received Unconscious Bias Training.
