Kilcarbery Grange, Clondalkin

The Kilcarbery Grange development is located on a greenfield site adjacent to Corkagh Park and Grange Castle Golf Course in Clondalkin, Dublin 22. When completed the development will be home to a new residential community and new services to support it. Upon completion, 30% of the residential units will be transferred to South Dublin County Council as social houses. In total the development will contain 1034 residential units spread across nine apartments, multiple duplex blocks and houses.

Apartments at Kilcarbery Grange

 

As Phase 1A nears completion, the scaffolding for Apartment Blocks 6 and 7 is coming down and they are currently receiving their balconies. Mirror images of each other, the apartment blocks consist of in situ reinforced concrete strip foundations and rising walls with precast concrete walls and precast hollowcore concrete slabs over a ground bearing ground floor slab. There is a variety of one and two bed apartments totaling 37 units in each of the apartment buildings. The remainder of Phase 1A consists of traditional two- and three-story masonry-built houses and duplexes units.
