Comprising two distinct buildings of 7 and 8 storeys, the scheme delivers approximately 10,800sqm of high-quality accommodation across 44 cluster apartments, featuring attractive brickwork façades and a comprehensive range of student amenities.
The development includes extensive communal facilities such as study areas, student lounges, a wellness hub with gym and studio space, cinema room, parcel and laundry facilities, and Ground Floor Amenity Space. Residents also benefit from external terraces at First, Eighth and Ninth Floor levels, alongside rooftop plant facilities. Sustainability was a key focus throughout the design, with provision for 175 cycle parking spaces supporting active travel and sustainable living.
