Tile 1 of Seven Mills, Clonburris

DBFL are responsible for the Civil & Structural engineering for Tile 1 of Seven Mills, Clonburris for Cairn Homes which consists of 246 Apartments across 3 blocks, 171 Houses and 148 Duplex units . There is also a multi-storey community building consisting of a creche and shared office space. Construction on site commenced in January 2023 and is progressing at a pace, with the first phase of houses handed over before Christmas 2023.
The apartments & community building are RC frame construction consisting of in-situ flat slabs with precast concrete columns and core walls. The houses and duplexes have traditional strip foundations founded on cement stabilised soil mixed on site using site material.
