Engineers Ireland LGBTQ+ Pride Event

DBFL were delighted to support the Engineers Ireland LGBTQ+ Pride Event 2026, a great evening that brought together engineers and allies from across the profession to celebrate inclusion, visibility and a real sense of belonging.

With this year’s theme, “One Story – Many Voices,” the event showcased the range of experiences and perspectives that make our industry what it is and reminded us why creating open, supportive workplaces matters.

Highlights for us were seeing DBFL’s Christina Haney on the panel, sharing her thoughts on building more inclusive engineering teams in practice, and the impactful closing address from DBFL’s Danny Pio Murphy, Chair of Engineers Ireland’s Inclusion and Diversity Society, recognising the progress made and encouraging everyone to keep the momentum going.
