Topping Out at Lightburne, Murphystown Way

The topping out ceremony for the Lightburne development at Murphystown Way, marks another significant step towards the delivery of this much-needed residential project.

Working alongside our client, Park Developments, DBFL is providing civil and structural engineering services, delivering 254 high-quality apartments across more than 42,000sqm. Supported by the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) Scheme, this project is on target for practical completion in January 2027.

The ceremony, held on the roof of the landmark 12-storey building, was attended by Minister for Housing and Local Government James Browne TD, representatives from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, The Housing Agency Ireland and members of the wider project team.
