As we await the safe return of building works in the coming weeks, we have highlighted some of our recent and ongoing commercial projects. DBFL are delighted to be a part of these fantastic buildings and projects that will provide modern office spaces throughout Dublin and surrounding areas.

The 10-storey 13,000 sqm headquarters office building on City Quay is now occupied by Grant Thornton and has received numerous awards and nominations for its innovative style and build.
 
Termini is on site and nearing completion of its main structure in the coming months. In a prime location directly opposite the Sandyford Luas stop and built over a single basement level car park, Termini provides office space of approximately 20,264sqm over 6 storeys.
 
Central Plaza at the heart of Dublin city is on-site, modernizing the once prominent Bank Centre on Dame Street. Phase 1 of the development involves the refurbishment of the tower office building to deliver modern office facilities. This phase requires the existing twin cores of the structure to be remodeled internally to deliver new M&E risers plus additional lift shafts.
 
Haymarket in Smithfield Plaza is currently at foundation levels after the demolition of existing buildings. Once complete the structure will consist of a 6-storey, 11,170 sqm office development over double basement next to Smithfield Luas Stop.
 
Hume House, 2 Grand Parade and Leeson Lane will all hopefully be breaking ground over the next twelve months.
