Mercedes-Benz North Dublin Showroom

Delighted to see works progressing on the Mercedes-Benz North Dublin showroom construction project at North City Business Park. DBFL is providing full Structural and Civil engineering services on this prominent development located adjacent to Junction 5 of the M50. This project represents a significant milestone for MSL Motor Group.
With the steel frame now complete and the roof structure in place, the development has successfully moved into its next phase of construction.
Particular engineering challenges included the requirement for large clear un-obstructed spans within the vehicle workshop area and support to the expansive glazing elements to the showroom. The project includes a number of sustainable features including SUDS rain-gardens, swales, permeable paving and green roof elements.
On completion, the new showroom will form a key element of the Mercedes-Benz Cars Ireland network in Ireland. It is encouraging to see this project taking shape and progressing towards its next stages of delivery.
