Dublin Docklands Premier Inn

Currently undergoing fit-out, we are looking forward to seeing the doors open on the new Dublin Docklands Premier Inn 262-bed Hotel, a striking new addition to Dublin’s skyline.

Design considerations included working in close proximity to the existing railway track on a constrained site.  Flat slab construction was used throughout with localised transfers to allow for clear open spaces at ground floor ensuring the minimum materials were used in delivering an efficient and lean design.

DBFL were delighted to provide civil, structural & transportation engineering services for Glenveagh and Collen. It was a pleasure to collaborate so closely with a great design team to successfully deliver this project.
