Women in Engineering Conference 2026

DBFL Consulting Engineers were delighted to attend the Engineers Ireland Women in Engineering Society Annual Conference 2026 at the Round Room at The Mansion House on 19 June, and we were proud to be involved as Gold Sponsors.

The day was both engaging and thought-provoking. Norah Casey’s keynote on “The Power Within” was particularly moving and left a strong impression, highlighting the importance of confidence, resilience and backing your own ability.

The Power Pods were a stand-out feature, creating a relaxed setting to share perspectives and discuss not only the topics raised during the conference, but also wider industry challenges and opportunities. It was great to hear such a range of views and experiences.

A lot of work clearly went into organising the event, and the effort from the Women in Engineering Society was evident throughout. It continues to be a highlight in the calendar and something we look forward to each year.
